Albanian chef restaurant gets three "Michelin" stars

"Noma" is a well-known restaurant - especially for Albanians - in Copenhagen, Denmark. This restaurant belongs to the Albanian chef Rene Rexhepi and has received a three-star "Michelin" award.

Michelin stars are part of a restaurant rating system from the famous 'Michelin guide', created by Michelin brothers, André and oudouard. If you earn a Michelin star, you become a star. And the restaurant with the Albanian chef has received not one but 3 "Michelin" stars. According to the Guide, a star means "a very good restaurant", two stars are "excellent cooking worth a detour", and three stars means "extraordinary cuisine worth a special trip".

"We have just received news that Noma has won three Michelin stars.

Mendimet e mia të para kur dëgjova lajmin ishin të të gjithë njerëzve që kanë kaluar nëpër Noma gjatë 18 viteve të fundit: qindra kuzhinierë dhe serverë, skena dhe pjatalarëse që ishin pjesë thelbësore në këtë enigmë të çmendur që kemi bashkuar.

Dhe, natyrisht, ky lajm është një pasqyrim i drejtpërdrejtë i ekipit tonë të jashtëzakonshëm që punon sot. Disa nga njerëzit më të uritur, më të talentuar, më të përkushtuar, që kam pasur kënaqësinë t’i njoh.
