The agreement will enable the establishment of joint border crossing points with the Republic of North Macedonia, "Han i Elezit - Bllacë" and "Glloboqicë-Jazhincë".
At the joint border crossing point "Han i Elezit - Bllacë", customs and border controls will be carried out in the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia (PPKK Bllacë), while at the joint border crossing point "Glloboqicë - Jazhincë" customs controls and border ones will be done in the territory of the Republic of Kosovo (PPKK Glloboqicë).
