The BBC reports that Djokovic has clarified his situation through an Instagram post, giving details of all the misinformation regarding his movements.

The Serbian tennis star will take part in the Australian Open, but his participation is still pending. On January 6, the unvaccinated tennis player was stripped of his visa, which barred him from staying in Australia. On Monday, the court overturned the decision and ordered the player to be released from custody.

But the government has not ruled out further action - and there is a possibility that the country's immigration minister may cancel his visa for a second time, just days before the start of the tour.
