It seems that Prime Minister Edi Rama will change his 'destination' to run as a deputy in the 2025 elections.

This time, according to analyst Lorenc Vangjeli, Rama is not running in Durrës or Vlora as he did in the previous elections, but will go all the way to Shkodër. 

Vangjeli said in the Debate on A2 CNN that the prime minister has rediscovered his love for Shkodra.

"With my soul, I have the impression of his rediscovered love for Shkodra. Shkodra was his big bet. Shkodra has been like a woman for both parties. PD thought of her as a woman who had her in his bed and no matter what he wanted to do to her, rape her, keep her locked up, she would not leave the house. Meanwhile, the SP saw her as a beauty, with whom he had no chance. However, he approached it, took it. If Rama had the opportunity, he would take the Lungomare of Vlora by his side and take him to Shkodër. It meant: I came and brought them.

I see Rama in Shkodër, as it is one of the districts that determines the color of government. Tirana, Shkodra, Vlora, Elbasan and Durrës also determine the color of government. As long as Rama says, I will jump into this river and everyone else will jump after me", Vangjeli said.
