New details have been revealed from the operation of the Prosecutor's Office and the State Police at the Durrës Cadastre, where five people were arrested. One of the arrested is the former SP candidate in Durrës, 33-year-old Ardit Këtusha, former president of FRESSH.
He ran for chairman of PS Durrës in 2020 and then withdrew from the race. Then, in the elections of April 25, 2023, he switched from SP to DP. On May 16, 2022, Ardit Kërtusha escaped an assassination attempt in a frequented bar in the Currilove area of Durrës owned by the rapper Noizy, where he was injured.
Ardit Kërtusha, together with the former director of the Durrës Mortgage, Leonard Kadrimi and another official with the initials MZ, are wanted, it is suspected that by abusing their duties at ASHK Durrës, they have facilitated the alienation of real estate, the Prosecutor's Office informs. Ardit Kërtusha, 33 years old, and Gjovalin Ndoci, 44 years old, both residents of Durrës, are accused of the criminal offense of "Cleaning the products of a criminal offense or criminal activity".
