"Those who keep their heads down before power die every time they do

Donika Haxhia, a teacher participating in today's protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, kept her word, as she shared her sad experience as a teacher who faces sleepy students because of the work they do at night.

Haxhia added that those who keep their heads down against this government die every time they do so.

" Those who speak, react and protest, die only once

I am a teacher and I am telling you that recently I have been shot at in the first hour of class when I have to interpret Fishta Poradeci, Migjen Naim, lower my voice, I lowered my voice in the first hour of class because I have a student in class that is with its head down on the table and eyes closed and I don't want to wake up.

He was not at the disco, not even on his cell phone all night, he was at work.

Zysha lets him know that he needs an extra ration in the offering of his house, in the table that we can fill it up until the end of the month.

Misery is sitting cross-legged on our tables, in our souls that are drying up from the fugitives and in Albanian consciences.

How did we last so long? How have we been so silent for so long that we know those who remain silent, those who keep their heads down, die every time they do so.

And those who speak, react and protest, die only once.

We who are here have decided to submit only to the will of the great God for the day of death, just once."
