Argita Berisha, the daughter of the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, has shown the reason why they did not take the file to Strasbourg, as they had announced.

Invited to A2 CNN, Argita Berisha said that this was due to the technicalities that Strasbourg has, where it cannot take over a file, in case all the links of justice in Albania have not been passed.

"We have to wait for the decision of the Constitutional Court to refer to Strasbourg, we have asked that Strasbourg take into account that in June it will be 6 months and mandates are burning, which is one of their goals, the main goal is to weaken the opposition" , she expressed.
