The chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, accused President Bajram Begaj, emphasizing that he comes to the Assembly and asks for money for armchairs and luxury cars.

Bardhi said that the opposition respects the institution of the president, but the fact that he has become the "political leader of Edi Rama's campaign" cannot be overlooked.

Bardhi asked the majority not to misuse President Begaj as a rag.

"The president is in office for comfort. He wants comfortable cars, he wants big offices, what not. We hope he will not seek to open a beauty salon in the Presidency.

 We have given him funds continuously. But I have been to the Presidency often and, to be honest, the building is good. This is the first president to ask for an armchair, vehicles, and so on.

We encourage him not to send a message of political division. We ask him as a responsible institution to take measures for the ambassadors.
