The leader of the Democratic Party, speaking to supporters in Elbasan, said that not a single penny will be paid on any road or tunnel in Albania.

Berisha: Honorable entrepreneurs, they should know that the DP will do everything to create a more friendly climate for their businesses.

Here too, zero tolerance. Albanians will be paid no less than 500 euros per month and this is just the beginning.

This is the beginning of a race in which we must come out on top for salaries and pensions in the region.

No other country, even two countries taken together, has the wealth that Albania has.

Oil will never be able to be sold with a difference greater than 10 percent with Macedonia and Kosovo.

You pay 1.1 euros for every liter of diesel. There is no other country that does this. In the US, diesel is sold for 0.8 dollars at the pump. He gets 1.1 euros for diesel. Yes, you can make it 1.5, you can even stop the cars, but these are madness and these will end.

Oil will have an average fiscal burden with Macedonia and Kosovo.

Kosovo imports oil from the Port of Durres and sells it 40 percent cheaper than in Tirana and Durres.

Do you understand? These people are completely disconnected from people, they only see the ivory tower, the tower of their own theft.

The citizen of Shkodra, Kukës, Peshkopia and so on, not only because of oil, but also because of road tolls, has the most expensive trip in Europe.

Do you know that you pay this government 190 million euros a year in road maintenance through the circulation tax? So where does this money go? It goes into the pockets of the government officials. They steal it.

What about oil? Did you know, Kosovo has a total of 440 thousand vehicles, Albania has registered 870 thousand vehicles this year. Kosovo clears 630 thousand tons of oil, Albania clears a total of 550 thousand tons of oil. Where does it go? The government steals it and smuggles it. Oil can never be smuggled without the government.

Therefore, for all of this, you need to sit down with every citizen, with every socialist.

Don't forget one thing, the stores are indeed full today, but for a large portion of citizens they are a forbidden apple.

This is a great potential for you. Let's create the broadest front it has ever known, and Elbasan, renowned for its inherited traditional wisdom, can use this dialogue, this debate with fellow citizens, regardless of beliefs, in the most noble way.

I'm not against high salaries, but the disproportion created with salaries is inhumane.

This has set the difference at 10-12 times. They will remain in the number one position until the difference between the average salary and the average salary drops to 4 times. Then they will also increase.

My friends, this battle has many aspects, but in this battle we must commit above all to the greatest troubles and pains of these citizens.

I guarantee that every promise made to date will become a reality in the first 3 months of the DP's government after May.
