The leader of the opposition, Sali Berisha, has warned of a protest in front of the Assembly on the day of the approval of the budget for 2025.
Berisha said from the conference with journalists that citizens, pensioners, farmers will raise their voices on the day of the biggest robbery of the year.
"Obviously, we have chosen to present our amendments to the committees and the plenary session, certain that they will not be accepted by the government, which has a main goal, the maximum looting of this budget by the criminal organization headed by Edi Rama, but their presentation is a solemn obligation to the Albanians to do their advocacy and to be obliged that in the first meeting of the PD majority parliament, those laws will be voted and come into force immediately.
Of course, the approval of this budget will be accompanied by a strong protest around the parliament, where citizens, pensioners, farmers, the unemployed, small businesses, all those who want to have their say on the day of the biggest looting of the year, looting the budget in the parliament of crime", declared Berisha.
