Braimllari: Erion Veliaj is stealing the education infrastructure tax
The Chairman of the Group of Councilors of the Freedom Party in the Municipality of Tirana, Endrit Braimllari, has denounced the mayor, Erion Veliaj.
In a Facebook post, Braimllari writes that Veliaj is stealing from the education infrastructure tax, which burdens the citizens and businesses of Tirana.
He explains that he propagates more about the construction of new schools in Tirana, but that with the education infrastructure tax of the municipality of Tirana, which is 45 million, 17 schools should have been built, while only 9 were built.
Full Braimllar Status:
Erion Veliaj must make transparent the income on the tax of the educational infrastructure, which directly burdens the citizens and businesses of Tirana.
Erion Veliaj propagandizes the construction of new schools in Tirana.
The education infrastructure tax brings 45 million euros into the Tirana municipality budget and by 2022, 17 schools should have been built, while only 9 have been built.
Erion Veliaj's lack of transparency and accountability clearly shows that he is afraid of the truth because the money that citizens and businesses pay for the educational infrastructure in Tirana does not all go to this area but to the mayor's pockets.
Citizens feel robbed by a mayor whose philosophy is to deceive and rob citizens.
