"DASH slaps the government", Xhaferri: Alienation of the vote as in

The head of FRPD, Besard Xhaferri has reacted after the DASH report regarding the political and social situation that our country is going through.

He said the DASH report on Human Rights for 2023 proved once again that Edi Rama governs the country with an iron hand on the borders of autocracy, which is based precisely on the alienation of the vote, the capture of the justice system, aggression against the media and unbridled corruption.

"The DASH Report on Human Rights for 2023, proved once again that Edi Rama governs the country with an iron hand on the borders of autocracy, which is based precisely on the alienation of the vote, the seizure of the justice system, aggression towards the media and corruption saw it.

Focusing on the alarming level of corruption in the country, where every year we receive silver and gold medals, the report shows that corruption was present in all branches and levels of government, including through public procurement and public-private partnerships.

This finding is directly related to the affairs of burners, sterilization, TIMS, 5D, DAAM Shpk and hundreds of other schemes for extorting public money.

As for the alienation of the vote, a phenomenon that DASH itself condemns, it is clearly evident that the state machinery was placed at the disposal of the criminal machinery of vote alienation, in whose service organized crime and the incriminated police have been.

The alienation of the vote in this country has a name and it is Edi Rama, the same one who is responsible for capturing the justice system.

The US State Department itself in the report states that although the constitution provides for an independent judiciary, political pressure, intimidation, corruption and limited resources prevented the judiciary from functioning fully, independently.

What is not in this story is that the attitudes of the diplomats in Tirana do not match the violations and abuses that DASH evidences in the report," said Xhaferri.
