Basha lost his seal with two different positions on justice within 24 hours

Yesterday, the Court of Appeal decided not to accept the appeal made by the part led by Lulzim Basha, automatically leaving in force the decision of the first instance which recognized the Assembly called by Sali Berisha and his supporters, in December 2021 .

After the decision, Lulzim Basha told reporters that he does not comment on the decision of the Court of Appeal, but warned that the case may go to the Supreme Court, thus using the opportunity to appeal the decision within 5 days.

"At the end of the day, we are not continuing this battle for logos or chairs, we have come together for something bigger. This is a battle of souls for the ideals of the Democrats.

Today it is clearer than ever that Albania deserves more. We will do everything in our power to continue our battle for a better Albania. I do not comment on the court's decision ", said Basha, among other things.

Meanwhile, a day later, from the courtyard of the Assembly, Basha accused the justice of bargaining with Prime Minister Rama.  

"This is the moment, now they are freed from the anxiety of the seal and the logo and where they have taken the cause with the shopping with Edi Rama. Those who do business with him should distance themselves from Rama, and this was clear from yesterday's court decision. ", - said Basha.
