Kalaja: Both Rama and Fidel Ylli forged signatures in the National Election Commission and used public funds for political purposes

The Chairwoman of the Appeals Committee in the Democratic Party, Adriana Kalaja, has denounced how Prime Minister Rama and the head of the National Council of the People's Deputies, Fidel Ylli, forged signatures and used funds for political purposes.

From the blue headquarters, Kalaja stated that in 2022, by VKM, in addition to the funds allocated at the beginning of this year, KOKSH was allocated a fund of 250,000,000 lek for the 'Sports Teams in Schools' project.

According to the VKM, these funds are transferred directly to the KOKSH account, which is contrary to the legal provisions in force.

This is a way for the government, according to Kala, through Ylli, to use public funds for political work.

DECLARATION :

After seizing all power, the Chairman of the 'gang of greed' has begun work on seizing sports, specifically the Albanian Olympic Committee.

For this, no more loyal servant could be found than Fidel Ylli, whose election as President was challenged in court by former President Viron Bezhani.

After finding forgery of signatures at the Extraordinary Assembly Meeting of the KOKSH, the Court of Arbitration in Lausanne, Switzerland, has decided:

1. Invalidity of the decision taken at the Assembly meeting of 10.01.2021.

2. Removal from the register of organizations as well as some measures regarding payments.

Just as he does not respect the decisions of the Constitutional Court, the Prime Minister, who sees himself above the law and the Constitution, does not even recognize the Lausanne decision.

For this purpose, he sent it to the Court of Appeals, where the decision was postponed 4 times.

 Meanwhile, the School Federation and the University Federation have addressed the Ministry of Education, Parliament, and SPAK regarding the legal violations of the National Council of Teachers of Albanian Language, but there has been no reaction.

The fight between Rama and his star-studded Fidel to capture the KOKSH is, as always, about money.

In order to avoid delays or obstacles in transferring millions, Rama and Ylli have also avoided the State Treasury.

Since its creation, the NOC has had two forms of income for the implementation of its activities: the state budget and the income that comes as a member of the world and European organizations of the Olympic movement.

As for state budget funds, from the establishment of the NOKSH until 2020, they were channeled through the State Treasury. Income from international organizations was managed through the NOKSH's current accounts in second-tier banks.

In 2022, by Council of Ministers No. 893 dated 27.12.2022, in addition to the funds allocated at the beginning of this year, KOKSH is allocated a fund of 250,000,000 lek for the 'Sports Teams in Schools' project. According to the Council of Ministers, these funds are transferred directly to the KOKSH account.

This is contrary to the legal provisions in force.

This is a way for the government, through the party's Olympic Star, to use public funds for political work, to fill Rama's meeting rooms, as happened in the meeting with young people at the Concert Palace, which was filled with school children, who were leaving for an excursion in Tirana and ended up seeing the 'Renaissance bear'. 

The justice authorities must investigate this violation of the law and corruption affair as soon as possible, prosecuting all responsible persons!
