"SPAK in the service of Rama?", Abilekaj on the DP lobbying contract:

Analyst Enton Abilekaj has reacted to the investigation that SPAK has launched into the lobbying contract in favor of the Democratic Party.

In a post on social media, he states that SPAK's intervention in this matter is incomprehensible and raises serious questions about the true motives for this action.

The journalist adds that party contracts, according to the law, are only investigated when they are filed with the Central Election Commission (CEC). In this case, the contract in question is not a party contract filed with the CEC, which makes SPAK's intervention unjustified.

"What violation will be investigated? What and why? The law provides for investigating party contracts, as they are filed with the CEC. This is not a party contract and has not been filed with the CEC, at least so far," Abilekaj writes.

Abilekaj states that the only reason for this verification by SPAK could be a political order from Prime Minister Edi Rama, with the aim of using the issue in the electoral campaign.
