New Parliament/ 82 MPs who will be absent from September

The May 11 elections left out more than half of the chamber, 82 current MPs, some of whom did not run for re-election, and others who entered the parliamentary race but failed to be re-elected.

In a fierce race for a few seats, the hall of the next parliament will not be able to be frequented by a number of names, from the Old Guard socialist Pandeli Majko who failed to break the result of his leftist colleagues on the lists, or Blerina Gjylameti who fought until the last ballot box for the mandate.

Neither Toni Gogu, Ermonela Felaj, Etilda Gjonaj, Klotilda Bushka, Florenc Spaho or Arben Pëllumbi managed to get enough votes to receive their mandate.
