A few months ago, the show "Stop" on TV Klan broadcast how Arben Kotollaku, a traffic policeman and brother of former Elbasan judge Pajtime Fetahu, prosecuted a drunk driver.

The case went to the prosecutor's office and the citizen prosecuted, hired a defense attorney, Ms. Fetahu. As a result of the proceedings, the citizen was ordered to appear. It is suspected that the sister of this citizen who was a judge also had an influence, so we selected a judge, I think and I am convinced that there are no elements of a lottery, but this file was taken privately by this judge and he judged and gave an opinion on behalf of the Republic. So the Pogradec Court acted so openly with a judge who has also passed the 'vetting' already called Sokol Ibi, that he treated the court as his private institution and not as an institution where justice is delivered.

As an institution that is favored to make fun of the brothers of judges and his colleagues. The biggest question marks are how this court was selected to give the decisions. I suspect that the entire practice and the judge was Judge Sokol Ibi who exercises his duty and profession at the Court of Appeal. But what was questionable is that the court should have found that it was not competent in relation to the trial of this case. The competent court is the court where the defendant is based and the defendant is based in the city of Tirana, but surprisingly the Pogradec Court was selected.
