Sinan Patozi went viral after sharing a photo of himself on Facebook, emerging from DHL premises with ballot envelopes.

Patozi wrote: "I'm checking for the ballots for the Patozi family. Or should I take them all and fill them out as you say."

For "Kafe Shqeto" on Syri TV, Patozi gave a 'live' reaction. He denied being a patronage figure who is now accused of interfering in diaspora votes. Patozi even claimed that it was the Socialist Party that forced him to leave for Italy.

"I said yesterday how many cameras there are here like in Big Brother . Now let's bet if the cameras are turned on, I leave the warehouse with a package, these DHL people will fire me. I can't leave the warehouse. This is my mistake. I'm posting that I've been in Italy for 6 years, and if I were one of them, I wouldn't leave."

"They kicked me out, the ones I've seen in the photos kicked me out. I got the peaches from the DP that I got the peaches from. The SP didn't give me approval for water irrigation. The Socialist fired me. It was a pain. From 2013-2018, the police came three times a year to check my greenhouses. I had planted the greenhouse, and the pepper went two meters high. It didn't take half an hour before the police came with the red ribbon. They checked and found nothing," he said.

Asked why he went to Balla's meeting, Sinan tried to cover it up by saying he went for another job.
