"SPAK prosecutors, Rama's tools"/ Malltezi: They have left thick lies in the accusation

Jamarbër Malltezi reacted after receiving from SPAK the 500-page file on the privatization of the former Partizani club, a case for which today he was officially charged together with his father-in-law, the head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.

Malltezi considers SPAK prosecutors as political prosecutors, since according to him they have turned into tools of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the palace.

As he has published the relevant documents, Malltezi writes in his post that the prosecutors of SPAK have left in the accusations false lies as if the destination of the property was changed by Sali Berisha on November 21, 2006, while according to him, it is also in the file that the mayor changed it of that time, Prime Minister Edi Rama on June 8, 2006.

The political prosecutors of #spak have turned into tools of Edi Rames and the whole palace. Thick lies were left in the accusations, as if Berisha changed the destination on 21.11.2006, when they have in the file that Edi Rama changed it on 08.06.2006.

Biles was changed as early as 12.05.2006 by decision of the technical council of KRRT (10 directors of Edi Rames) without any request from the land owners and before the land owners signed contracts with the construction company (vol.15 pg.10) .

Plus, when they called me on 25.01.2024, I filed the color map and decision no. 238 of the KRRT dated 27.12.2008, with which Edi Rama approved the functional zoning of the Urbaplan company and changed the destination of the other part to "new developments with high urban parameters" - when I see today the accusations have allowed that the other part was changed by Berisha in 2013!

They want to call the dividend a bribe! But it is for Guinness that they say that Berisha helped them in 2006-2009 but Malltezi received a dividend in 2017! 10 years later!
