Rama speaks of the defeat of the opposition, that there is nothing to boast

When there are no results to show, Edi Rama returns to his favorite sport: talking about the opposition. In another speech during the campaign for the May 11 elections, Rama stated that the Democratic Party will receive "the biggest defeat since '97" and that "the defeat must also come from the democrats themselves".

In the face of economic challenges, increased prices and the mass departure of young people, it seems that Rama finds it easier to attack the opposition than to talk about the work that has not been done. Instead of a plan for the future, the prime minister offered metaphors for owls, wasps and insects that, according to him, hinder negotiations with the EU – as always, someone else is to blame.

"How can you stay in the swamp," he said, as if speaking from a high moral high as the country faces a crisis of confidence, corruption and mass exodus.

If Rama is so convinced of victory, the question arises: why is he still afraid of an opposition that he himself calls dead? Or maybe because the only way to win, is to compete with an opponent that doesn't exist.
