Rama in Shkodra, DP: He came with his hands in his pockets, hatred for the North

Former DP MP, Izmira Ulqinaku, has reacted after Prime Minister Edi Rama's visit to Shkodra today.

She said in a statement to the media that just like the last 12 years, Rama went to Shkodra with his hands in his pockets. According to her, Rama has deceived with facades because his hatred for the North does not allow him to invest.

Statement:

Today Shkodra woke up surrounded by numerous police forces, who paralyzed traffic on the city streets for more than 3 hours.
The reason was the visit of the anti-northern Prime Minister, Edvin Rama.
Rama came to Shkodra as always in these 12 years, with his hands in his pockets, without bringing any concrete, major investment, deceiving with painting and facades.
Even though he has all the powers, including the Shkodra Municipality which he took by force first, his hatred for the north still does not allow him to invest. Shkodra is left last in the ranking, in terms of the distribution of funds.
Shkodra residents are not deceived by painting facades, nor by market tents, nor by a basketball court in a school in a former municipality. Shkodra residents demand dignity from the Government, they demand serious investments that leave a mark on the well-being of each resident. Shkodra residents do not ask for handouts, but what they were promised in every campaign.
The Democratic Party has been preparing major projects for Shkodra since 2013 that Edvin Rama has not considered.
For 12 years now, our Shkodra has been depopulating day by day, due to the impoverishment that the Government of the sons of communism has caused.
They want to erase the memory of our city, seeking to transform traditional neighborhoods into neighborhoods without identity.
They want to turn Shkodra of art and culture into a city of commercial harmony.
They want to empty this city with history, to replace it with third world immigrants.
The hatred that Rama has is too great, which is why our District is ranked among the poorest districts in the National ranking, as a result, emigration is too great.
The residents of Shkodra have a memory, they know how to make the difference between the two governments. They understand who seeks power and for what. The people of Shkodra are smart and know that even if Rama stays in government for another 100 years, Shkodra is not on the investment map.
Meanwhile, the Democratic Party with Sali Berisha as Prime Minister during its 8 years in power considered Shkodra a construction site, where infrastructure was paramount. It was invested in a fundamental way, affecting the well-being of its citizens. The attention that our region will receive, with the coming of the Democratic Party to power after May 11, is guaranteed for every resident.
