The director of the DP press office, also the director of Politiko.al, Alfred Lela, has reacted to an article taken from Hashtag.al and republished on Politiko.al. where the US Special Envoy for Missions, Richard Grenell, has reacted to the news, as he is considered an undeclared lobbyist of Prime Minister Rama.
