The Special Prosecution Office has seized video footage from the Security Block where the head of the Road Police, Roven Zeka, is being held. Journalist Klodiana Lala reports that it is suspected that Roven Zeka has had contacts with police officials.

Zeka was arrested on April 19 by order of SPAK. The Special Prosecutor's Office also issued arrest warrants for the head of the Accidents Sector, Sokol Novaku, as well as the Judicial Police Officer, Edison Tabaku. They are accused of corruption in a case where the consequences of an accident where two vehicles collided, where 5 people ended up in hospital, were covered up.
