Prime Minister Edi Rama was 'distracted' by some of his own, during a meeting where he was explaining the benefits of a European passport after Albania joins the EU.

"Enough, enough, I understood that you are a democrat, we are supporting you, we are educating you, you will learn slowly, but focus on learning. This is your problem, you are not learning," Rama addressed the young people.
