"They ask us for money from the institutions", the citizen denounces corruption with legalization to Rama's face

"They ask us for money from the institutions", the citizen denounces

While speaking about the new project at the former Autotraktor Plant, Prime Minister Edi Rama was confronted by a citizen who openly expressed the corruption that occurs with the legalization process.

He addressed Rama, telling him that state officials had asked him for money to construct part of the building.

"Hello. My name is Izmur Noka, I am a resident of unit number 1. We are not in order. Everything costs money. Cars are in pieces. Maybe I am off topic, but I want to tell you. If you put water on these at 7 o'clock, it will flow into the road. I did not come here to talk about legalizations, because I did them myself, I believe you understand how I did it. I came here to talk about the road, because we are breaking cars into pieces. And one last thing: one small thing you will do, for example a chicken coop, these institutions will come and ask for money, but not the implementation of the law" , the citizen expressed.

Rama did not accept this denunciation from the citizen, asking him to speak with specific names, and then accused him of being brought by the Democratic Party.

DEBATE:

Rama- Come with me, let's go together to denounce the man you gave the money to. No more pointless discussions!

Citizen- I am neither left nor right. I will vote for you if you get my way!

Rama- We didn't come here for votes, but let's name the person who spoke there. Or you lied! Name him!

Citizen - If I don't get into potholes anymore, I'll vote for you...!

Rama- You will come with me... We will denounce you! You will tell the person you gave the money to! This theory that I gave the money and then not like everyone else... Because you don't have the truth, that you lied, to do politics with me.

Citizen - I don't care at all about left or right, I vote for whoever does my job. It's true, they still give money today.

Rama- Forget it then, but today, today, if you're a man, come with me! I've seen a lot of people like you, who talk and then... (gestures to leave) Come with me, I told you, name a name, don't talk nonsense.

(the citizen continues to speak from a distance)

Rama - Go away, you're boring us now, name the person... (responds to the citizen from a distance as he continues to speak)!

But the citizen continued his 'perseverance' from a distance, without agreeing to go and reveal his name.

Citizen-By God, O Minister of Justice, by God...
