While speaking about the new project at the former Autotraktor Plant, Prime Minister Edi Rama was confronted by a citizen who openly expressed the corruption that occurs with the legalization process.

He addressed Rama, telling him that state officials had asked him for money to construct part of the building.

"Hello. My name is Izmur Noka, I am a resident of unit number 1. We are not in order. Everything costs money. Cars are in pieces. Maybe I am off topic, but I want to tell you. If you put water on these at 7 o'clock, it will flow into the road. I did not come here to talk about legalizations, because I did them myself, I believe you understand how I did it. I came here to talk about the road, because we are breaking cars into pieces. And one last thing: one small thing you will do, for example a chicken coop, these institutions will come and ask for money, but not the implementation of the law" , the citizen expressed.

Rama did not accept this denunciation from the citizen, asking him to speak with specific names, and then accused him of being brought by the Democratic Party.
