This is 58-year-old Renato Hoxhaj who was shot dead near his apartment in Vlora. The incident occurred the day before in the "Hajro Cakërri" neighborhood.

Hoxhaj was found murdered by his roommate who immediately notified the police.

About 10 people were questioned, mainly his family, relatives, neighbors and colleagues. Their testimonies at the Vlora police station did not provide any important details. They claimed that the victim was a problem-free person and had not had any conflicts with anyone.

The cohabitant only told how she found him murdered and notified the police.

The victim was shot at close range with a pistol, with one bullet in the body and two in the head. It is suspected that there was only one perpetrator in the murder of Renato Hoxhaj. He is suspected of having entered from an alley behind the building where the 58-year-old worked, coming across the latter.

The main leads of the investigation are possible recent conflicts and involvement in some event. Police have seized security camera footage, which is being analyzed.
