Goxhaj reports Rama to SPAK: He has committed a criminal offense, accused of advertising pornographic materials

Lawyer Altin Goxhaj, candidate for the DP - ASHM coalition in Tirana, has filed a criminal complaint with SPAK against Prime Minister Edi Rama for the call he made to minors during an electoral meeting.

Goxhaj said that this is about the case when Rama asked high school children to see his nude photos on Google.

Goxhaj emphasizes that this is an action that constitutes advertising of pornographic materials.

"I am here at SPAK, I have brought the report, which literally says: link in seconds where Edi Rama spoke and said to young children.

We have the video on his page, so this is not our claim, this is a fact, we have brought the fact, to the article where the fact is recited, where it says advertising of the materials.

It's called advertising when the prime minister tells young children: go to Google and search for: "Rama naked" and you'll see me there, and he gives them some moral that there's nothing wrong with him appearing naked.

And if we look at these photos, in any form, in any appearance, they are called pornographic materials.

It's enough to go to a pornographic website and see similar material, this is Edi Rama's website which is already a pornographic website.

The official website of the Socialist Party is a pornographic website because where it says "go and look for my nude photos," it says to young children, this has consumed the criminal offense.

I don't know what more a SPAK should do to handle this issue, but even the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, due to its competence, can be called a criminal offense.

Edi Rama has never apologized for the young children, he said 'he had no children', but the children are there, the children are 16 years old, 14 years old, 13 years old, they are boys and girls, meaning in both cases he has consumed...

"And I can't understand a socialist voter who has a daughter at home who will vote for a person who tells young children: go to Google and look at my pornographic photos ," Goxhaj declared.
