120,971 unique voters from abroad have applied to the CEC's 'PER' application to vote in the May 11 elections.

As of February 5, the requests of 92,853 Albanians who will vote by mail from where they live and work have been approved, and 27,109 emigrants have been rejected.

Italy, Greece and Germany have the highest number of applications.

Tirana, Fier, Korça and Durrës are the regions with the largest number of voters approved to vote.
