Also, they referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the NB citizen, 43 years old, living in Korça, since in neighborhood no. 15, driving the vehicle, had an accident with the pedestrian FJ, 78 years old, resident of Korça, who was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Korça General Jurisdiction.
