The former lawyer of the Durrës Cadastre, Mikel Zaho, has ended up in police custody for the third time.
It is learned that he is accused of abuse of office, after alienating properties on the coast.
"The Section for the Investigation of Economic-Financial Crimes detained the wanted citizen Mikel Zaho, 46 years old, resident of Durrës, after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës has ordered the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offense of Misappropriation of duty", it is stated in the notification of the State Police.
