Father denounces: Ex-wife rapes 6-year-old daughter! CPU employee: I beat my

Marsel Balla told Fiksi journalists that his ex-wife beats his 6-year-old daughter in revenge.

"My ex-wife beats her daughter who is in first grade, she does it all out of revenge against me, she instills hatred for me in both children," says Marseli.

He says that he referred this case to both the school psychologist and the municipality, but they did nothing, so he sought the help of journalists.

The show Fiks-Fare brought the voice and image of the mother of the minor who hits the latter, even demanding an account of why she wants to go to her father.

Even in voice messages to her husband, she tells him that she will never meet her children, and even in the presence of her son, she tells him that the latter will hate her.

In a conversation with the employee of the Children's Unit of the Divjakë Municipality, Marseli expresses concern for the minor, but she calms him down by saying that everyone hits children. Even her colleague says that she hits her own children when they disobey her. Fiksi journalists asked this institution for a response, but the employee refused to answer.

Meanwhile, the principal of the school where the minor is studying says that there is no psychologist at the school, and that she has hired a psychologist from another school to deal with the minor's case. The principal says that she too has been divorced and for two years she prevented her child from meeting his father, but finally allowed him.

"I've had the same story, I'm trying to influence both parents to calm down. But they're not doing it, and we don't have a psychologist," says the principal of the 9-year-old school "Shën e Premte"

After these facts, journalists also spoke with the psychologist of another school in the district who was notified to handle the case, but she said that she referred it to the Child Protection Unit.

The Child Protection Unit employee says that the minor should be questioned by the school psychologist, and according to her, the latter cannot refer cases to her or order her to deal with cases. Meanwhile, the psychologist of another 9-year school in the area, not the minor's school, says that she referred the case to the municipality.

Institutions seek to shift the blame to one another, while no one can say for sure whether the minor was abused or not. Apart from the videos and audios that her father provided, no institution has a detailed report. Meanwhile, for the employees of the Child Protection Unit, hitting children is normal./TCH
