On the eve of the May 11 elections, " Bloomberg " writes that there is no reliable public poll in Albania before the vote.

In an article interviewing Prime Minister Rama, the media refers to the interest that the Trump administration has in Albania.

Rama is facing a challenge from the center-right Democratic Party led by Sali Berisha, Bloomberg reports. Berisha has chosen Chris LaCivita, Trump’s former presidential campaign co-manager, to lead his campaign for victory in the May 11 parliamentary elections.

LaCivita has attacked Rama for his ties to Alexander Soros, the son of the billionaire investor – a figure of hatred for many on the MAGA-supporting right – whom the prime minister considers a friend.

LaCivita posted a photo of the two on X in February with the caption, "The doll and the puppet master."
