The Supreme Court has set July 9 as the day when it can consider the recourse of the chief democrat Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltez, who demand the overturning of the "house arrest" security measure imposed by the two levels of the judiciary, following the request of SPAK.

The relator of the case in the Supreme Court will be Sokol Binaj.

We remind you that Berisha and Malltezi are under house arrest by the decision of GJKKO, from December 30, 2023, related to SPAK's investigation into the privatization of the former club Partizani.
