Elteva Deda is the judge who will try the former mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro.

The electronic draw was held after the case went to trial. Jorgo Goro is accused of abuse of office in collusion and concealment of assets.

The former mayor of Himara will be tried in a summary trial for the charges against him and if convicted by the Criminal Court, his sentence will be reduced by 1/3.

For the former mayor, SPAK closed the investigations on September 22 and filed a request with the Special Court to transfer the file for trial, a request that was accepted today.
