Assassination in Vlora, Kevin Hajrulla testifies: I have no conflicts, I smelled

Kevin Hajrulla, who survived the well-organized assassination attempt in Vlora, is in stable condition in hospital after three surgical interventions. In his testimony to the investigative group, Hajrulla denied knowing the perpetrators of the attack and stated that he had no personal conflicts.

According to him, at the moment of the assassination, he smelled gunpowder when he was shot while getting into his car and then fell unconscious. He also explained that he had worked in a call center for a long time and had no connection to criminal activity.

Asked about his relationship with his cousin, Inez Hajrulla, who is in strong conflict with Bernand Sinomat's group, Kevin emphasized that he meets her very rarely, only on family occasions.

Police suspect that the assassination attempt on him is related to conflicts between Inez Hajrulla and criminal groups, even though Kevin Hajrulla has no criminal record. Currently, Inez Hajrulla is abroad according to the TIMS system and has not yet been questioned by the authorities.

Following the assassination attempt in Vlora, where Kevin Hajrulla and another person were injured, an attempted execution of Bernard Sinomat was also attempted in Tirana, increasing tensions between criminal groups. Investigations into the events continue, while police are working to uncover the perpetrators and motives of the assassinations.
