The Regulatory Commission at the CEC approved the ballot model that will be sent to Albanian voters in the diaspora.

In addition to the identifying elements, two distinctive side stripes were added to the back, following the proposal of two opposition members of the Regulatory Commission, Helga Vukaj and Muharrem Çakaj.

The ballot for immigrants will have two vertical stripes on the back in a shade close to blue, which will distinguish it from the ballot for voters within the country.

The Central Election Commission will continue its work on preparing envelopes and election materials according to legal provisions. So far, over 131 thousand people have registered on the official CEC website, while the deadline for voter registration is March 4.
