Clear skies and frequent cloudiness, temperatures are rising

The morning hours will be under the influence of clear skies and frequent cloudiness in the Western Lowlands, while the weather in the mountainous areas will be cloudy and with little rain and snow.

The afternoon and evening hours are expected to bring increased cloudiness and rain in most parts of the country, excluding the coast, which will continue without precipitation.

Air temperatures will increase by 2 degrees in the morning, but midday brings a slight increase, fluctuating from 0°C, the lowest value recorded in the city of Erseka, to 19°C, the maximum value which will be recorded in the Vlora region.

The wind will blow moderately; during the morning, but will strengthen in the afternoon, reaching speeds of over 45 km/h from the Northwest direction; as a result, waves of up to 3 force will be generated on the sea coasts.
