Flutura Açka commented on Lulzim Basha's first book "Misioni im", as a publisher. According to the writer Açka, Basha has been very reserved in this book and that he should have talked more about himself.

For the writer and the candidate for deputy of PD, this book is a treatise for Albania and encourages everyone to read it, as it is an invitation for a public debate.

"This book came to me when I was not a candidate so I want to say this because it is very important. I am open to any politician. I am used to promoting books often with Albanian and foreign authors so it is routine for me to present books. But of course this is a special book and it is a special day so I will also have to contain some kind of emotion because of the uniqueness that this book has. Thanks also to the students who are here today. We would like to be more and more but you are the voice that you convey to them so they are present through you unquestionably especially in such a square where I have spent four very important years. When I graduated from college, two years later this square was the center of democracy, but even where we were, I, who was in Elbasan, the waves came and it was something that makes us gather today, that makes us treat it like an agor today, makes us treat this public debate like an agor. It starts with this book, there have been other books before, it will continue with other books. So, public debate, political debate is a very healthy thing for democracy and I think this book is an invitation to a public debate and each of us is present. None of us, be they economists, engineers or doctors, whatever their profession, is part of this public social debate that is very important.
