Denied SPAK's accusations, here is the statement that refutes Klotilda

Under investigation by SPAK, Klotilda Bushka spoke today at the meeting of the SP parliamentary group about the "Veliaj" file and her acquaintances with Ajola Xoxa and Ina Goxhaj.

Bushka denied the accusations raised by SPAK, but admitted that she was friends with Xoxa and that Ina Goxhaj, one of the girls employed at Xoxa's company, is her cousin.

Goxhaj admitted to making fictitious invoices for projects that the wife of the mayor of Tirana won. Bushka claimed that Goxhaj had made false statements.

"Regarding the claim of obstruction of the truth. Yes, I have met the girl in question, she is my cousin, she is a blood relation. Ina Goxhaj is my cousin, I reassured her to tell the truth and get a lawyer, I explained her rights to a relative. That I prevented her from hiding any truth. I don't know what pressure she felt that in our private statements she conveyed them in a different context.

I advised him to tell the truth, I advised him and calmed him down. I told him to get a lawyer, to defend himself. I am the first one interested in the truth being revealed. I criticized him for changing the address of the organization since 2017 and I had asked him several times. I don't know what happened at SPAK and what was said by it. But SPAK's version is different. Based on Ina Goxhaj's testimony, it turns out that the latter had several meetings with Klotilda Bushka, Ajola Xoxa, and several lawyers, before appearing at SPAK to give her testimony.

"Klotilda told Ina that during the declaration she should have said that she (Ina) was the initiator of the dance project, but Harabeli took care of the organization. Klotilda's other concern was related to the address of the BYL-A headquarters, which should not have been revealed to be her home. Likewise, the declarant explains that Klotilda gave her a document that served to change the address of the BYL-A center and suggested to Ina that she declare that it was her negligence not to change the address.

Ajola Xoxa also joined this meeting, asking Ina to hand over her phone and then checking it regarding the conversations she had. Ina Goxhaj stated that she did not want to give her Samsung A35 phone, but felt forced by Ajola Xoxa. The declarant explains that Ajola Xoxa read the communications between her (Ina) and Adela Kondakçiu, or with Ketrina Braho and was concerned, but Ina states that she personally did not feel guilty because the messages were a great truth. The declarant explains that Ajola, Klotilda and the lawyer made the decision for her (Ina) not to appear at the Special Prosecution Office. The declarant adds that Ajola Xoxa then brought her a new iPhone 12 phone and told her that her Samsung A35 phone would be destroyed , "the SPAK file states.
