Rexhep Rraja, the son of Socialist Party deputy Rrahman Rraja, wanted for the brutal incident that happened yesterday in Kruja, is not an unknown name to the police.

A few years ago, he was involved in a sensational case, as he was accused of repeatedly stalking and violating his ex-girlfriend Xisiela Maloku.

In the investigation of this case, the Prosecution also received the report of the forensic doctor, which showed that Xisiela Maloklu had injuries to her body.

Then the latter retracted the accusations, stressing that she had done everything out of jealousy towards her ex-partner.

Rexhep Rraja was arrested on September 30, 2018, only to be released three months later after receiving bail.

In continuation of the investigative actions related to the event that occurred on 06.07.2023, where in a bar on the Fushë Krujë-Thumanë road axis, a group of people hit the citizens of BM and JM with hard objects, the State Police has stopped 4 persons and announced the search for 3 others.

Following the investigative actions, the citizen R. Rr. was also identified, for whom the materials were sent to the Prosecutor's Office of the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana.

The citizen R. Rr. has been declared wanted by the police and the work of the police services continues to locate and capture him.
