SPAK yesterday issued 32 arrest warrants for the most talked about names in the criminal world. The Special Prosecution operation was carried out after the testimonies of two penitents of justice, Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxha, who shed light on criminal events and murders from 2011 onwards.
