The warning of the former deputy minister: Rama and Veliaj may have problems

The former deputy minister of the interior, Avenir Peka, has warned that Prime Minister Edi Rama and the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, may have problems with justice before the 2025 parliamentary elections.

Speaking in an interview for Euronews Albania, Peka said that the pressure on the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) is great, but the corruption of the majority is even greater and according to him, socialist politicians will have a hard time escaping prison. .

"The politician who has been in power the longest in 30 years of democracy is Edi Rama. If you have two factions in the Democratic Party, between Basha and Berisha, in the Socialist Party you still have two factions. One is between the boulevard "Martyrs of the Nation" and the other is prison 313. This is the future of the Socialist Party. Rama forced Enkelejd Alibeaj to register, forcibly registered him in the election. These elections will once and for all divide the internal problems of the Democratic Party.

The internal problems of the Socialist Party have not yet begun. They start with 313, with half of the government cabinet inside, they will continue, even Erion Veliaj has the rope around his neck, it's a matter of time, before or after the elections, until they remove the triangle from his feet.

It will continue with others. The pressure on SPAK is great and will continue, but the oppression is so great that there is neither SPAK nor God to support them. In 2025, Edi Rama will have problems with food, there will be no election problems", he emphasized.
