The hearing on the 'Sterilization' file has ended after about 9 hours.
Today's hearing was accompanied by debates by the defendants who raised allegations regarding the prosecution's evidence. Businessman Ilir Rrapaj denied the prosecution's accusations, but admitted to knowing former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj.
If the court decides to proceed to trial, they have requested that I be tried using the summary trial procedure.
The only one who has requested a regular trial is former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj. The Special Prosecution Office has again maintained its requests to transfer the file to trial, as according to them there is evidence to support the accusation. The special court will announce the decision on this matter on December 29 at 9:30.
