While in the evening there are only two nurses who check the capacity of the patient with 40 or more. We have often complained about this, to increase staff, but the owner has refused. The night shift is on the schedule: it starts at three in the afternoon and ends the next day at 7 in the morning, where the shift is handed over. The rule for the night shift is to check patients every hour on the stroke of three. The buildings are equipped with cameras where every part of the asylum is captured. Normally, the night shift is the most tiring shift and it is allowed for the nurses to sleep more than once, but there have been cases when the nurses (both) have been found sleeping during the night. This makes other incidents happen during the night besides this tragedy. .
