Quarrel between three brothers in Durrës, one is injured; The police found

Three brothers had a physical conflict with each other and as a result one of them was injured in Hamallaj, Durrës. 

During a conflict for banal motives, in the common yard of their apartments, one of the brothers, Andrea, damaged the tires of a van type vehicle with a cutting tool (knife), and then had a physical conflict with his two brothers, Luani and Yllin, using hard objects and a cutting tool (knife), where the latter was injured as a result. 

The police, who arrived at the scene and prevented further escalation, arrested the suspects for various criminal offences. The other two detainees are Luan and Ylli Perkeqi, respectively 49 and 43 years old. Two firearms were also seized as material evidence.

POLICE NOTICE: 

The timely intervention of the Police services prevents the escalation of the conflict, which could have life-threatening consequences.

The police find and seize two pistols, four magazines, an unassembled silencer, a knife and ammunition in the apartment of one of the brothers.

The services of the Durrës Police Station, after receiving the notification that there was a conflict between three brothers in Hamallaj, Durrës, immediately went to the given address, intervening and neutralizing both sides of the conflict, a conflict that could have consequences for life.

From the quick actions, it turned out that during a momentary conflict, for weak motives, in the common yard of their apartments, one of the brothers, a citizen of AP, damaged the tires of a van type vehicle with a cutting tool (knife), and then he had a physical conflict with his two brothers, citizens LP and YP, using hard objects and a cutting tool (knife), where as a result the citizen YP was injured in his hand, out of danger for life.

During the search in the AP citizen's apartment, the Police found and seized two pistol firearms, four pistol magazines, an unassembled silencer and combat cartridges. Also, the cutting tool (knife) used during the conflict was seized.

Following the procedural actions for the case, the specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes arrested the three brothers, citizens:

- AP, 53 years old, for the criminal offenses "Domestic violence", "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons" and "Destruction of property" ;

- LP, 49 years old, and YP, 43 years old, for the criminal offense "Domestic violence".

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution for further actions.
