Today at 12:30, the Tirana court is considering Ervin Salianji's request for postponement of the execution of the prison sentence.
The request was filed on September 27 by Salianj's lawyers. This was the day when the MP voluntarily surrendered to the police after the decision that sentenced him to 1 year in prison for a false report related to the "father" file.
Salianji is in Fier prison and is expected to be represented by lawyers.
