Europol authorities, in an international operation in several European countries, blocked another application used by criminal groups.

'Matrix', a more complex application than SKY and Encrochat, was broken down by Europol where 2.3 million messages exchanged between several criminal groups in 33 languages of the world, including Albanian, were deciphered.

However, this application is not unknown to the Albanian police, since the penitent justice and contract killer, Nuredin Dumani, mentioned it in his testimony for SPAK when he confessed to the attempted assassination of Lulzim Masha, the owner of the "Wilson" school in Tirana .

I told Riku that I would give him 100,000 Euros to do this job. I contacted Rik on the phone with the "Matrix" application. I have recorded Riku in the Matrix. Riku accepted and I gave him the photograph of the person and the premises that the person interested in carrying out the murder had sent me. Henriku told me that the owner of the Wilson school used to drink coffee at the bar in front of the garage. Riku told me that when he went to pick up the car, two people waited for him, where one of them drove the car 30 meters away from the blind and then they both stayed in the armored car waiting for the arrival of Riku, "nephew "... According to Riku, one of the people in the blind had a body full of wax. On the day of the event, Riku communicated with me in the Matrix and told me "let's get dirty". Riku told me that his gun had jammed. According to Riku, the nephew shot at the target. I don't know what car they used to get to or leave the event.
