The head of PBDNJ Vangjel Dule is convinced that Fredi Beleri cannot be kept in prison after his election as a member of the European Parliament.

Invited to MCN, he said that the power relations between the "autocratic prime minister" and Beler have changed, since the latter is now not only the elected mayor of the Himar Municipality.

Dule points out that Beleri is a member of the European Parliament as a Greek citizen, and has parliamentary immunity.
