The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Tirana, completed the investigations and is sending Darment Keli to trial for the criminal offense of 'Intentional Murder' provided for by Article 76 of the Criminal Code.

From the investigations of criminal proceedings no. 5141, of 2024, it resulted that on 24.08.2024, citizen AH died from a knife wound, while citizens DK and AM were arrested in flagrante delicto.

The whole incident began when the victim AH and his friend AM allegedly verbally harassed a girl, an act that was seen from the balcony by citizen DK, who then got into a conflict with the two people.

During the conflict, this citizen shot citizen AH several times with a knife, in different parts of his body, subsequently causing his death. This citizen stated that the persons in question harassed his fiancée who was on her way to meet a relative and after seeing the entire scene from the balcony, he went down, taking a knife with him, while admitting that during the conflict he stabbed her several times in the arm and abdomen.

Based on the above, the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Tirana requested the trial of citizen DK for the criminal offense of 'Intentional Murder'.
