The fire in the emergency room of QSUT, the prosecutor's office registers

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana has registered criminal proceedings 1578, dt. 29.02.2024 for the criminal offense "Destruction of property by fire", provided by article 151 of the Criminal Code.

This criminal proceeding was registered without persons in the investigation, to investigate the fire that occurred on the first floor of the Emergency Center of the "Mother Teresa" Hospital Center in the early hours of the morning of 11.02.2024.

The prosecution has ordered the administration of all evidence to document the cause and value of the damage caused, as well as the persons responsible for causing the damage.

With the administration of procedural acts and expert acts, a conclusion will be drawn on the cause of the fire and the initial hearth.
